Lead cost-saving initiatives related to business objectives and technology investments. Drive engineering projects to increase machine speeds, reduce labor hours, and reject rates. Complete deviation investigations, change controls, and corrective/preventative actions. Standardize machine setups to improve run speed and quality. Apply SMED initiatives for streamlining processes and techniques. Apply Six Sigma techniques to improve quality and reduce rejects.
