Engineer I - International Flavors & Fragrances : Job Details

IFF Health & Biosciences is looking for a results-driven, motivated process engineer who will provide technical support for a biological process manufacturing facility. As a Process Engineer based in the Beloit facility you will be part of a team responsible for developing and designing new technologies, scale-up of new products from R&D, capital project support and equipment design. The successful candidate will be an active participant in cross-functional project teams, global supply initiatives, and continuous improvement teams. Responsibilities include: Implement strategic technology initiatives focusing on cost and capacity savings. Facilitate new product and technology introductions to the plant while interfacing with globalized R&D and manufacturing teams. Work with capital teams focusing on biological process design, including sterile operation and sanitary design for expansion and site capital projects.
