Engineer (I, II, III) - County of Anne Arundel Maryland : Job Details

This posting will be used to fill a Full Time, Permanent, Engineer position in the Transportation Division of the Bureau of Engineering in the Department of Public Works at the Engineer I, II, or III level depending on the credentials and level of experience of the successful candidate. This is a project management position responsible for managing consultants and contractors compliance to quality, schedules, and budgets of assigned capital Transportation Improvement Projects for various User Agencies. The Engineer I, II and III classes include the Entry (I), Intermediate (II), and full performance level (III) of professional engineering work. The Engineer I class is the entry level where employees receive close supervision in performing engineer tasks; at the Engineer II level there is more independence and less supervision; and at the Engineer III level the employee is expected to perform a variety of engineering tasks independently and with minimal supervision.
