And Responsibilities The Engineer works under general supervision to provide Engineering support to field staff and personnel through a variety of projects and assignments. The Engineer evaluates system performance through modeling, develops system designs, oversees construction, maintenance, and operations activities, investigates incidents, trouble-shoots systems and equipment, tests materials, and performs other assignments.
