As a Service Adequacy Project Coordinator, you'll serve as the central point of contact for multifamily electrification projects, ensuring that electrical service upgrades are properly assessed and coordinated. You'll facilitate meetings between stakeholders, manage documentation, and track serviceadequacy requests with the utility. Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Sciences, or equivalent experienceUnderstanding of electrical distribution systems in multifamily buildingsFamiliarity with electrical concepts (e.g., service size in amps, panel capacity, load calculations)Strong communication skills for engaging with contractors, electricians, and utility repsProficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reportingStrong organizational skills and ability to lead productive meetingsProblem-solving mindset
