The Inspector shall be responsible for inspecting commercial, residential, and industrial properties during and after construction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Responsible for reviewing submitted construction documents and performing inspections for projects in which the designer has chosen to implement ANSI/ ASHRAE/ IESNA 90.1standard per IECC C 401.2 as the compliance method.
