Endocrinology Physician - Lancesoft : Job Details

A well-established and thriving endocrinology practice inAlbany, New Yorkis seeking up totwo full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologiststo join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, innovative endocrine and diabetes care in a patient-centered environment.

• Primarily outpatientendocrinology with lightinpatient call coverage (only when inpatient provider is off)

• Call rotation is1:10

• Flexible scheduling options

• Join a multidisciplinary team including Endocrinologists, Advanced Practitioners, and Certified Diabetes Educators

• Provide comprehensive endocrine care, including:

  • Insulin pump/sensor download support

  • Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)

  • Onsite HbA1c testing

  • Nutritional counseling, weight management, foot care, smoking cessation

  • Individual and group diabetes education

• Access to the latest diabetes technology and treatment protocols

• A patient-first approach within a supportive team environment

• Base salary range:$245,000 $260,000/year with transition to productivity-based compensation model

• Starting Bonus:$35,000

• Retention Bonuses:$15,000 for two consecutive years

• Relocation allowance(based on distance; reimbursable with receipts)

• 5 weeks of paid time off(includes vacation, sick time, CME)

• $4,500 CME allowance
