Position Overview
We are actively seeking four board-certified Endocrinologists to join a thriving and collaborative medical team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in diagnosing and treating a range of endocrine disorders, including but not limited to diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, and hormone imbalances. A compassionate approach to patient care and a commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to diagnose endocrine conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's health needs.
- Monitor progress and make evidence-based adjustments to treatment.
- Work closely with specialists in Pulmonology, Neurology, Emergency Medicine, and other disciplines to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families about endocrine health, treatment strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
- Provide outpatient consultations, follow-up visits, and long-term management plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications & Experience
- Board Certification in Endocrinology (required).
- Additional experience in ICU, hospice, PACU, or wound care is a plus.
- Familiarity with outpatient settings and home care is advantageous.
- Experience collaborating with Podiatry or Emergency Medicine professionals is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment.
