End-User Sales Engineer - Control Valves - Flowserve Corporation : Job Details

Drive bookings levels to meet and/or exceed assigned bookings' goals. Maintain regular, planned communication with key customers in the area you support. Answer technical questions regarding control valves, material recommendations, pneumatic systems, digital products. Answer commercial questions regarding terms of contracts, lead times, and documentation requirements. Provide higher level guidance, support and instruction to staff level AEs and Sales Engineers. Develop business by making presentations and training. Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales objectives to support organizational goals. Serve customers as a primary contact for all business dealings, ensuring all customer concerns are being addressed including proposals, deliveries, repairs, quality, warranty claims, etc. Educate customers on the quality, features and uses of our products through the full use of the companys marketing materials.
