This position will support the Encompass Agile POD Retail Lending Delivery team and will be responsible for gathering requirements, building test scripts, and managing the business outcome testing for Encompass system updates.

Depth & Scope:

  • Coordinates with internal and external resources needed to successfully complete projects and deliver solutions that address business needs
  • Works with Business Line, Risk, and Operational partners to facilitate business line activities required for Solutions including planning, business requirements, and vendor relationship management
  • Acts as a resource for systems, processes, and troubleshooting knowledge for Line, Risk, and Operational partners
  • Maintains and administers systems business functions to ensure continuous and uninterrupted system availability
  • Assists with managing small projects in support of Solutions initiatives
  • Helps develop implementation plans for specific components of the Solutions strategy
  • Participates in enterprise solution design, development, and documents standards that apply for business applications
  • Assists in the development of specific components of the Solutions strategy

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 Years of related experience
  • Some knowledge of business line, business model, operations
  • Good communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills along with good decision making skills
  • Good follow up skills and the ability to manage competing priorities according to business need
  • Progressively responsible experience in large scale corporate systems analysis
  • Ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specifications
  • Basic process improvement skills
  • Basic technical knowledge and the ability to apply it to various system issues and training situations
  • Ability to troubleshoot, research, and correct the majority of system malfunctions
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some knowledge of business line, business model, operations.

  • Good follow up skills and the ability to manage competing priorities according to business need.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical specifications with some guidance
  • Basic technical knowledge and the ability to apply it to various system issues and training situations.
