About the role

Kerry Inc. seeks an Enabling Technologies Manager at its facility located at 3400 Millington Road, Beloit, WI 53511.

• Work with Kerry's Transportation Management, 3PL data, workflows, and onboarding to ensure optimal load deliveries.
• Manage setup and maintenance of the TMS, including rates, routes, mode selection, optimization, auto tendering, carrier reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee central transportation and 3PL data related to ERP setup, workflow management, and data analytics.
• Partner with ICT for 3PL integration setup, issue mitigation, and serve as SME on TMS and 3PL supply chain requirements.
• Ensure proper communication between TMS and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Service, Operations, Inventory Control, ICT, and Procurement.
• Stay current on industry trends and TMS enhancements.
• Serve as liaison for E2Open regarding payment issues, technical support, and system failures.
• Manage yearly freight spend of $200 million and identify savings opportunities.
• Manage $170 million in inventory at 95% accuracy across 33 DCs.
• Streamline procurement-to-pay processes.
• Meet and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
• Manage the transition of logistics functions to the Global Business Centre model.
• Oversee 3PL partners' data and WMS capabilities.
• Manage Central Logistics revenue reporting and attainment.

Requires a bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field, and 4 years of experience in Digital Technology, Logistics, or related occupation. Must have experience with:

• Interpreting ERP code for operational decision-making.
• Operating BluJay or similar TMS.
• Using SAP for inventory and financial management.
• Building applications with SAP ECC and BI.
• Designing and maintaining EDI transaction codes.
• Integrating various freight types in TMS for automated freight scheduling and reporting.
• Applying transportation strategies to support growth and digital transformation.

Travel up to 25% domestically. Salary range: $104,541 - $126,334 annually. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentives, stock options, and retirement contributions.
