Job Description :
The EMS (Emergency Medical Services) Project Coordinator oversees and supports the planning, coordination and implementation of a grant funded EMS training program. Ensures that training programs meet state and national standards, align with organizational goals and contribute to the overall professional development of EMS Staff and community members. Works under the direction of the EMS Education Coordinator and Senior Director of Nursing, Critical Care and Nursing Operations. Core Job Responsibilities Work with instructors to schedule classes for recertification. Deliver equipment to training locations. Ensure proper classroom set up. Ensure set up of AV/ IT equipment for virtual trainings. Transport AV/ IT and training equipment to trainings. Collect data collection for grant deliverables and training records Prepare reports of grant success to for submission to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
