The estimated annual pay for this full-time position is $60,000-$70,000, including an hourly rate and bonus. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is also available.

The Employment Specialist (ES) creates and implements employment plans for customers to find suitable jobs, ensuring retention and satisfaction. The ES follows company standards and provides excellent service.

• Develops area Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) campaigns and builds business relationships.
• Supervises and trains Job Coaches, monitors work hours.
• Finds OJT opportunities matching customer interests and abilities.
• Assists with applications, resumes, interview prep, and follow-ups.
• Maintains regular contact with customers and documents progress.
• Supports job retention through coaching and employer communication.
• Coordinates with Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors.
• Drives clients as needed.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

High school diploma required; some college preferred. No experience necessary; experience with disabilities or job coaching is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and web databases. Bilingual skills are a plus.

• Open availability including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a level 2 background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, auto insurance.
• Own computer, printer, smartphone, internet connection.

Supervises Job Coaches. Local travel required. The environment includes office and fieldwork. Must lift up to 40 pounds and meet vision and hearing requirements.
