Employment Manager - Mountaire Corporation : Job Details

Execute all aspects of sourcing, recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Hourly employees. Major Duties & Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing utilizing various recruiting platforms and targeted recruiting - ATS candidate management and dispositions. Participate/ Coordinate career events. Identify Hourly open positions that generate awareness and increase foot traffic for qualified applicants. Candidate Selection/ Onboarding - Candidate review, salary parameters, candidate onboarding experience. Data Recording - reporting (Active Agency Crewing Report, active crewing report, temp roster with rates) and metrics tracking. Promote a culture of safety, encouraging all to follow company protocols. Qualifications Associates and/or Bachelor degree required/ Internal candidates may qualify with proven 4 yrs. Leadership/ Supervisory experience in lieu of education. 5 - 7 years of experience; Proven and/or effective Talent Acquisition experience with large volume recruiting.
