Job Description :
Minimum Qualifications. Must meet one of the following:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field and at least 1 of the most recent 2 years' experience in Employee Relations 3 of the most recent 5 years' experience in Employee Relations in a similarly sized organization Demonstrates written, interpersonal, and communication skills as appropriate to position Knowledge of a full range of HR functions including recruiting, placement, total rewards, employee relations, labor and employment law, and policy/process development Strong judgment, customer service, communication (oral and written), and process-oriented problem-solving skills Desired Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business, or related field Proven knowledge of Human Resource administration in a healthcare facility Licensure, Registration, Certification.
