How you'll contribute

An Employee Relations Partner who excels in this role:

  • Conducts timely and objective investigations into employee complaints, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace issues

  • Interviews employees, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather facts

  • Reviews and analyzes documentation, such as emails, performance records, and policies

  • Partners with ER leadership to resolve cases and recommend appropriate actions

  • Maintains detailed and accurate investigation records, notes, and evidence

  • Prepares comprehensive investigation reports with findings and recommendations

  • Ensures investigations align with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Advises leadership on corrective actions and best practices for resolving workplace issues

  • Acts as a resource for leaders, employees, and managers to address concerns and clarify policies

  • Provides training on workplace behavior, conflict resolution, and employee relations topics

  • Collaborates with ER leadership, legal counsel, and facility leadership to resolve matters

  • Recommends policy and procedural updates based on investigation trends or findings

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Additional requirements include:

  • Advanced degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in employee relations, HR investigations, or a similar role (healthcare experience preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and workplace best practices
