Employee Health Nurse - Novant Health : Job Details

Provide occupational health services to employees, including health assessments, interventions, and follow-up. Support and lead events such as employee orientation, vaccine clinics, and fit testing sessions. Collaborate with Infection Prevention and other clinical partners to ensure health and safety standards are met. Track and maintain accurate employee health data. Role Highlights: Location: Based out of the Kilpatrick office (Triad region). This is your home base for office days, with regular events held across the Triad market. Occasional travel may be required to locations such as Thomasville, Rowan, Salisbury, or Charlottewith plenty of notice provided and all travel kept within reason. Schedule: MondayFriday, generally between 7:30 AM 4:00 PM, with occasional early starts. Strong focus on event planning and delivery, requiring excellent organizational, communication, and nursing assessment skills.
