Employee Health Manager Peninsula - Riverside Health System : Job Details

Provides comprehensive occupational health and safety services to team members to include compliance for all OSHA Regulations, CDC and CMS guides along with Virginia Workers Compensation and Riverside Care Difference Guidelines. Supervises clinical and non-clinical team members and works under the supervision of the Riverside Health System (RHS) System Director of Employee Occupational Health (EOH). What you will do. Responsible for the daily management of the Riverside Regional Medical Center (RRMC) Peninsula Clinic including budget management, oversight and support of staff (scheduling, hiring disciplinary action), and daily operations. Assure adherence to the clinical practice regulations, polices, and guidelines of the Virginia Board of Nursing, Riverside Health System, and Det Norske Veritas (DNV).
