As an Executive Director - Employee Experience Editor within Firmwide and Internal Corporate Communications, you will lead the content strategy, coordination and execution for our digital Channels (incl. web/app/multimedia/virtual agents) on a firmwide basis. Our Channels are transforming and the value proposition of each is changing, evolving from primarily being leveraged as communications platforms to a future where employees have one place to go to Take Action , Get Help and Discover in an omni-channel way. You will be a leader responsible for ensuring we engage our employees with a variety of high-quality content types that align with our brand values and our diverse employee base. This content will encompass corporate communications, brand and product marketing, notifications, alerts, nudges and clear & precise call-to-actions, just to name a few. Your role will oversee how we target our employees with communications, campaigns and curated content by partnering with cross-functional teams.
