Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Employee Benefits Producer. This individual will play a key role in expanding our benefits portfolio by cultivating new client relationships and driving strategic growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in benefits consulting, a proactive approach to business development, and a personal book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients in need of employee benefits solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term partnerships through consultative selling.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations.
- Provide expert guidance on benefits strategy, regulatory changes, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and client outreach.
- Manage renewals, vendor coordination, and implementation of benefit plans.
- Stay informed on industry developments, compliance standards, and competitive offerings.
- Cross-sell complementary products and services to enhance client value.
Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of experience in employee benefits sales, consulting, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Active Health and Life Insurance License required.
