Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals by generating new leads through qualified calls and meetings, developing new agency relationships, and expanding our client base.
  • Provide education and consulting on captive insurance to existing and prospective clients and agency partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their evolving business needs and delivering necessary documentation.
  • Participate actively in sales activities, promoting a positive attitude to support agency growth.
  • Attend and contribute to captive quarterly calls and member meetings.
  • Support the Captive Lead in executing program initiatives and fostering growth with quality captive members.
  • Ensure team accountability and foster a high-performing team environment through coaching and influence.
Qualifications
  • College degree preferred.
  • Sales experience required; employee benefits experience is highly desirable.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain a state-specific Insurance Agent's License within 90 days of hire.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven process to meet/exceed goals, excellent communication skills, proficiency in technology including Salesforce, and willingness to travel up to 50% with own vehicle.
