Emergency Medicine Physician - ProLocums : Job Details

Start Date: As soon as credentialed - Ongoing

Schedule: 3-9 night shifts per month.

• Active Board Certification or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
• Active WI or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
• Clean Malpractice Preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR System

• EMR System: Epic
• Will Facility Accept Multiple Providers?: Yes
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Is Both Inpatient and Outpatient Required?: No
• Does Provider require hospital/surgery center privileges?: No
• Admissions Required?: No
• Will Provider Be Required To Supervise Advance Practice Providers?: Yes
• Support Staff: RN: 3, MA: 1, PA/NPs: 2, Office Staff: 1
• Is Resident or Teaching Supervision Required?: No
• Are temporary privileges available?: Yes
• Is Hospital Stroke Certified?: No
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
