- Trauma Level: III
- EMR System: Cerner
- Board Eligible: Required (ABEM not required)
- Accepted Backgrounds: Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Urgent Care - with appropriate experience
- Certifications Required:
- ACLS
- ATLS
- BLS
- PALS
- Must be AHA-certifiedStaffing Model & Shift StructureRice Lake
- Staffing Per Day: 2 Physicians + 1 APC
- Shift Times:
- Physician: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Physician: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- APC: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PMEau Claire (Also Staffing Locums)
- Staffing Per Day: 3 Physicians + 1 APC
- Shift Times:
- Physician: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Physician: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
- Physician: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
- APC: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PMOrientation
- Required: 1 full weekday of orientation before first scheduled shift (M-F only)Additional Notes
- Need driven by recent resignation in Eau Claire, creating additional ongoing needs in both locations
