Key Responsibilities:- Lead the ACGME accreditation and program development process
- Oversee recruitment, mentorship, and training of EM residents
- Develop and implement an innovative curriculum
- Provide clinical teaching and supervision in a high-acuity emergency department
- Ensure compliance with ACGME, CLER, and NRMP standards
- Engage in GME research and scholarly activities
- Collaborate with the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine and hospital leadership to strengthen the residency program
Qualifications:- Board-certified in emergency medicine
- 3+ years of experience as a core faculty member in an ACGME-accredited EM residency program.
- Strong leadership, teaching, and communication skills - inspiring residents and faculty alike.
- Passion for innovation in medical education and program development.
