We are seeking a skilled and experienced ER House Supervisor for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and clinical support across hospital departments during night shifts. This role includes patient placement coordination, emergency response, and acting as a resource for nursing staff. Key Responsibilities: House Supervisor Duties: Collaborate with unit leaders to manage shift staffing and patient placement. Serve as a clinical resource and support for nursing staff and unit operations. Facilitate inter-facility patient transfers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Identify patient care delivery issues and collaborate with leadership on improvements. Provide hands-on support as needed, including patient care, transport, and bedside assistance. SWAT Nurse Responsibilities: Respond to hospital-wide emergencies including Code Blue, Rapid Response, STEMI, Stroke, Trauma, and more.
