At ASI, we are revolutionizing industries with state-of-the-art autonomous robotics solutions. We deliver technologies that enhance safety, productivity, and efficiency. With our core values of Simplicity, Safety, Transparency, Humility, Attention to Detail, and Growth guiding everything we do, we're shaping the future of automation in dynamic markets.
As a Principal Architect for On-Vehicle & Embedded Systems you will be responsible for defining and guiding the technical architecture of ASI's on-board autonomy software and embedded systems, with a primary focus on the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) and Vehicle Artificial Intelligence (VAI). The VCU executes autonomy plans safely and reliably on the vehicle and the VAI processes perception data to ensure the vehicle drives safely through the environment. This role ensures that complex, safety-critical vehicle control components are designed to be reliable, maintainable, and scalable across product lines. It also contributes to R&D efforts by evaluating and prototyping new technologies that support ASI's roadmap for advanced on-vehicle and embedded autonomy systems. Working closely with the Lead Principal Architect and other Principal Architects (the Principal Architecture Team or PAT), the Principal Architect for On-Vehicle & Embedded Systems provides deep domain expertise in embedded development, real-time systems, and integration with ASI's overall autonomy platform.
