Email Execution Channel Business Analyst-Associate - JPMorgan Chase & : Job Details

Serve as the primary liaison between Email team and line of business that leverage marketing emails. Work directly with key stakeholders from strategy team and LOBs to obtain requirements for campaign requests and provide support for email build and delivery through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead testing through Journey Builder to guarantee superior outcomes. Develop QA measures and processes around testing prep, execution and defects in an innovative manner to meet project needs. Mitigate and triage issues that impact email delivery, the customer experience, and the line of business campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional groups to support key projects as an Email Marketing Subject matter expert.
