The LNA, under general direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager and direct supervision of the RN is an integral member of the care delivery team by performing direct and indirect patient care through clinical tasks within the scope of LNA practice and by providing personal care and emotional support. What Youll Do:Activities of daily living. Report all observations, symptoms, deviations from normal, and changes in patients condition to RN - Provide basic support to patients and families. Documents in selected areas of the medical record as appropriate. Who You Are: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Current New Hampshire licensure as LNA required.
