Job Title: Electronics Technician
Job Description
As an Electronics Technician, you will be tasked with troubleshooting and repairing a variety of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and power transmission systems using tools such as multi-meters and pressure gauges. Your role will include performing calibrations on electronic devices and ensuring proper performance to historical standards. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing the facility's support services equipment, including heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and process piping systems. Additionally, you will carry out scheduled TPM and machine checks, address production emergencies, and report situations as needed. Your expertise in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, machining, and welding will be crucial, as will your ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and power transmission systems using multi-meters, pressure/vacuum/flow gauges, and temperature/humidity recording gauges.
Perform calibrations on electronic/electrical devices.
Install, maintain, and repair the facility's support services equipment including heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and process piping.
Perform regular scheduled TPM, machine checks, and schedule and perform repairs.
Respond to production emergencies and report any situations.
Utilize skills in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, machining, and welding.
Read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics.
Diagnose and repair problems with electronic controls and associated systems relative to industrial equipment operations.

Work Environment
The role is based in a large facility consisting of three buildings, working primarily in two. With approximately 250 people on-site, the candidate will be part of the Maintenance Department. Training will occur on the first shift for up to a year before transitioning to 2nd, 3rd, or 5th shift based on company needs, with differential pay available. Some travel for education may be required after the contract period.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.74 - $42.50/hr.
