Hello. My name is Michelle Bailey and I'm the Learning and Development Manager for Coloplast UK and Ireland. I've worked for Coloplast for nine years, and I'm passionate about how we continuously grow and develop our employees to evolve and adapt as we grow and expand as a company. Personal growth is therefore essential at Coloplast, both to have a happy and engaged workplace, but also to grow our talent as we create new roles and work opportunities. To support the company to do this, our performance and development approach, is called partner to grow and partnering is a two way process with the employee and their line manager to develop new skills, competencies and knowledge through a culture of feedback and coaching to support you with continuous development in your role. And, of course, to build on your current skills and experience, become either more of an expert in what you do or for your next role and future career with Coloplast. Personal growth at Coloplast is about being empowered to drive your own learning. This involves being self motivated and inspired to step out of your comfort zone and really stretch your knowledge, skills and competency. It's also about a growth mindset, to do, to want to do better and to keep improving learning both from your strengths and any challenges that you encounter as you learn new things. It's also about leveraging the team that you work with and being open to learn from others. Coloplast really is an exciting place to work. It offers variety, lots of learning opportunities to grow and to have an exciting career with a great company. People really do matter here and are at the heart of the culture where we do live and demonstrate our company values and our mission every day to be better tomorrow than where we are today.
