Required Skills & Qualifications Candidates must meet the following to be considered:

• 6 months or more experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with small hand tools and measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers
• Strong mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work
• Ability to read and interpret basic assembly instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Background check and drug screening required (THC use does not disqualify candidates)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications Not required, but a plus if you have: • Experience working with wiring, soldering, or PCB boards • Background in car repair, electronics repair, or similar trades • Stable work history Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Assemble electrical components and products based on work instructions • Use hand tools and equipment to complete assemblies • Test and inspect components to ensure quality standards are met • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Work with a team to meet daily production goals • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads regarding progress and issues Company Benefits & Culture
