FREE ONLINE skills training Electronic Assembler Job Responsibilities Perform hand soldering, rework, and touch-up on surface mount (SMT) and through-hole components. Use microscopes, magnifiers, and other inspection tools to ensure proper solder joints and alignment. Identify and correct soldering defects according to IPC-A-610 standards. Read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and Bill of Materials (BOMs). Maintain accuracy in documentation and record-keeping for all rework activities. Collaborate with quality inspectors and engineers to resolve production issues. Ensure ESD safety and follow all company safety procedures.
