You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance of automation solutions.

Location: Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Work Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission new machinery and electrical components.
  • Support electrical installation projects at customer sites.
  • Report progress and address any issues to the Project Manager and Electrical Lead.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams.
  • Coordinate local electrical contractors on-site under the guidance of the Electrical Lead.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Level machines and align modular circuits accurately.
  • Anchor machinery securely to the floor.
  • Install ceiling braces using various methods including nailing, fixing, and welding.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in motors, PLCs, and control systems.
  • Adhere to OSHA and electrical safety standards (Arc Flash, LOTO).
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Must possess an active U.S. passport for potential travel to the company headquarters in Spain.
