Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Junior Engineer - Systems Planning & Analysis : Job Details

We are seeking an Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Engineer to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Electromagnetic & Sensor Systems Department (B). Candidate will support the test, evaluation & integration (TE&I) efforts of Navy electromagnetic and sensor systems. Candidate must have electromagnetic environment effects (E 3) engineering knowledge to include: electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), electromagnetic interference (EMI), EMI/ EMC testing & analysis, use of Radio Frequency (RF) equipment. Day to Day role: Support the testing and integration of fielded, in-service shipboard sensors & systems. Focus is on Electromagnetic Compatibility of the system with other shipboard sensors & systems.
