Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and direct the workforce, including work assignments and coaching.
  • Oversee electronics and electromechanical areas, particularly the ASRS system.
  • Develop preventative maintenance procedures and manage parts inventory.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through training and observations.
  • Act as a liaison for contractors and projects.
  • Update and maintain PLC and HMI programs as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with measuring devices standards.
  • Manage department budget effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Basic knowledge of Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers.
  • Competency in basic electrical circuits (24 and 120 volt AC and DC).
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-year degree or higher in electrical or electromechanical technologies.
  • Experience in a food processing environment.
  • Proficient in Allen-Bradley PLC programming and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with industrial networks and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and conduct machine installations.
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial process controls and networking.
