Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions to install and maintain equipment. Perform basic mechanical repairs and dismantle/replace electrical and mechanical parts such as brushes, motors, and armatures. Install and test electrical fixtures, including panels, breakers, motors, lighting, and conduit systems. Monitor and adjust the performance of installed equipment for safety, efficiency, and functionality. Maintain documentation via CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). May provide guidance to other team members in lower classifications.Required Qualifications: Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field. 24 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical and mechanical systems. Strong knowledge of electrical power, water distribution, PLC programming, and hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting. Proficiency with CMMS software and part lookup tools.
