Our client is looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician in Terrell, Texas.

About the Role

Obtain work orders from supervisor, diagnose problem, develop solution, and repair machinery to manufacture's standards. You must have a good knowledge of control circuits with the ability to read schematics. You must be experienced in programming drives and troubleshooting PLC's.

Rotating 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repair on electro-mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment.
  • Perform all electrical duties to National Electrical Code Standards
  • Requisition parts and materials
  • Fabrication, welding and pipefitting
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Commercial / Industrial Electricity or equivalent.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with PLC programming.
  • Knowledge of robotics and automation systems.
