• Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical systems
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Solder components and build wiring harnesses
• Use tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, calipers, and hand tools
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and component usage
• Follow safety protocols and ensure quality standards are met
• Work full-time on-site, with occasional overtime

• Associate's degree or equivalent military/technical training
• 2+ years in a similar hands-on technician role
• Familiarity with 12V and 120V electrical systems
• Basic computer skills and diagnostic tool proficiency

• Experience in a manufacturing or repair setting
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
