Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer - Manpower Group : Job Details

Join our client, a leading manufacturer in the dairy industry, as an Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer. In this vital role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to drive innovative engineering solutions. Location: Bloomer, WI

Pay Range: $31.25 - $37.50 per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the electrical assembly of the Calf Hero units, ensuring all wiring is accurately installed per engineering specifications.
• Oversee mechanical assembly tasks, including plumbing and motor installation, while adhering to high-quality standards.
• Supervise service technicians and provide remote technical support to enhance service efficiency.
• Implement lean manufacturing protocols and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct pre-shipment inspections and system testing to ensure product quality and performance.

Qualifications:

• A degree or certification in Electro-mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems (208-480V, 1 & 3 phase).
• Proficiency in reading and creating wiring schematics and CAD drawings.
• Familiarity with UL/CE certification standards and lean manufacturing practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
