ADM is seeking a safety-focused Electrician to support our flour milling operations in Arkansas City KS. This full-time position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical systems across all facility operations. In addition to electrical duties, the Electrician may be called upon to support general maintenance or millwright work when electrical tasks are not active (a team driven atmosphere). This is a hands-on role that directly supports plant uptime, safety, and productivity in an active flour milling operation. Key Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems including control panels, motor starters, switches, lighting, sensors, and power distribution components. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in low and medium voltage systems, including 480 V 3-phase equipment, using standard testing equipment.
