Electrician - BrightOps : Job Details

The Electrician will be responsible for the installation of solar PV systems, possess a Master or Journeyman electrical license, ensure quality control of solar installations, maintain and promote strong morale amongst the installation team, provide ongoing feedback and support for team improvements, and perform other duties as requested by the company.

• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code, troubleshooting, and layout
• Ability to read drawings and electrical single line diagrams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and outstanding work ethic
• Ability to work in extreme environments (hot sun, cold)
• Proficiency in installing grid-tied inverters and working with various racking systems
• Knowledge of NEC codes related to PV installations
• Organized with the ability to meet deadlines
• High level of customer service
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders and high roofs

• At least one year of solar installation experience preferred; training available for the right candidate
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent
