Job Summary:

We are actively recruiting an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee the on-site execution of large-scale commercial electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing underground electrical installations and a strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, safety regulations, and project coordination. This role requires hands-on leadership, proactive communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all on-site electrical activities on large commercial construction projects.

  • Coordinate and supervise underground electrical installations, including duct banks, vaults, conduit, and wiring.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations (NEC, OSHA, etc.).

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trade Superintendents to maintain scheduling and workflow.

  • Plan and organize daily work activities and manpower requirements.

  • Monitor work progress and quality, resolving field issues as they arise.

  • Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

  • Conduct jobsite safety meetings and inspections; enforce company and jobsite safety protocols.

  • Track project materials, tools, and equipment usage and needs.

  • Maintain detailed daily logs, time records, and site documentation.

  • Mentor and coach junior foremen and field electricians.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Foreman on large commercial projects.

  • Strong expertise in underground electrical installations is highly .

  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license ( but not required depending on local jurisdiction).

  • In-depth knowledge of the Electrical Code (NEC).

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

  • Proficient in construction scheduling and field coordination.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong understanding of jobsite safety protocols and OSHA standards.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
