We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Superintendent to lead and support a growing portfolio of commercial solar construction projects nationwide.

The Electrical Superintendent will play a key leadership role in our high-performing EPC team by overseeing multiple project managers and ensuring consistent execution, safety, and quality across all active project sites. Our work includes ground-mounted distributed generation solar installations featuring advanced tracker systems.

About the Role

The Electrical Superintendent will oversee multiple project managers and ensure consistent execution, safety, and quality across all active project sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.
• Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits.
• Accomplishes construction of human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Assesses safety and finance goals.
• Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
• Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
• Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
• Oversight and training of site foreman.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Accurately provides input to Four Week Look Ahead schedule weekly and adheres to the schedule.
• Executes the project by using the Quality Management System. Recognizes any potential patterns of rework, and develops solutions to eliminate it.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to multiple job sites across the region.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial solar or electrical background.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple job sites or teams simultaneously.
• Deep knowledge of construction safety, scheduling, and quality control practices.
• OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety credentials preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
• Experience using Procore or similar construction management platforms.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Ability to resolve issues and conflicts.
