Role Description:

As an Electrical Superintendent at Fisk Electric, reporting to The General Manager, you will:

• Lead subcontractors and field teams on-site
• Ensure project safety in line with company policies
• Oversee multiple projects and manage manpower
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Prepare bi-weekly look-ahead schedules
• Update schedules using scheduling software
• Assist in subcontractor buyout and selection
• Coordinate subcontractor workforces
• Communicate effectively with owners, designers, and engineers
• Maintain accurate cost reports

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 8 years in commercial construction
• At least 2 years experience with a commercial electrical contractor
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and team development skills
• Experience with Conest and Accubid software
• Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools (e.g., JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, Asta)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
