• Lead complex contracted and self-performed construction projects successfully.
• Create and manage project schedules, resolving critical path issues and communicating roadblocks.
• Manage contractors' schedules, safety, quality, and cleanliness expectations.
• Develop and maintain site logistics and execution plans.
• Work proactively with stakeholders to address challenges and ensure project success.

• Direct work, track changes, and lead or participate in team efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve design issues promptly.
• Ensure installation meets end-user requirements and quality standards.
• Find creative solutions to challenges, meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Conduct quality control and safety inspections.
• Coordinate inspections with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) for timely occupancy.

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong electrical background and knowledge of NEC codes.
• Experience with electrical projects, piping/mechanical/ducting, and understanding of valves.
• Familiarity with drywall, bathrooms, and related construction elements.
• Ability to deliver projects on time with mechanical, electrical, and industrial expertise.
• Electrical engineering and controls background preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing tooling is a major plus.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting. Actual pay may vary based on education, experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and more. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until earned and paid. This role is not eligible for bonuses or incentives.
