What You'll Do:
- Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering work (client-facing).
- Update and maintain engineering/product documentation – not a design role, but understanding design is a plus.
- Work with internal and external partners (including suppliers in Vietnam and Hong Kong) to address technical, sourcing, and manufacturing challenges.
- Support compliance efforts by applying your knowledge of industry regulatory standards.
- Assist with project quoting and help ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track.
- Analyze technical data to identify risks and drive better decision-making.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline.
- Proficient with SolidWorks and AutoCAD (ACAD Electrical, 3D CAD preferred).
- Strong communicator, especially in cross-cultural and cross-time-zone settings.
- Experience with wiring, cabling, and assembly strongly preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance across varied industries.
Bonus Points For:
- Electrical Engineering (EE) background.
- Bilingual skills in Vietnamese, Spanish, or Mandarin.
- Experience with project execution and supply chain coordination.
Location & Schedule:
- Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (1-hour lunch).
- Flexibility required for international collaboration (late calls).
- Some travel (5–10%) required.
