Key responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits for QA/QC, including inspections of equipment and materials, and review of as-builts and progress drawings.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote hazard awareness onsite.
• Implement company policies on HR, documentation, and project execution.
• Support General Foreman and Project Foreman as needed.
• Manage labor tracking and personnel assessments.
• Oversee fleet vehicle management and project mobilization.
• Promote core values and support ongoing licensing and education for field personnel.

Qualifications:

• Master Electrician license required
• Minimum 10 years of electrical construction experience
• At least one Journeyman license, with ability to pass local licensing exams
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
• Valid driver's license
• Strong collaboration skills with various departments
• Willingness to travel weekly
• Knowledge of Electrical Code, electrical theory, and reading construction drawings
• Experience in electrical layout and systems
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to adapt to different environments and make industry-based decisions
• Heavy commercial/industrial experience
• Willing to relocate to the Greater Indianapolis area if not already residing there

Physical and Environmental Demands:

Regular talking, listening, climbing, crawling, kneeling, standing, balancing, walking, handling, reaching, and lifting up to 60+ pounds. Work may occur in extreme temperatures and hazardous conditions, requiring proper safety equipment.
