We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman with a strong electrical background to oversee the daily operations of our assigned projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at fostering collaboration among field support teams, subcontractors, and industry professionals, and have a solid understanding of electrical systems, we invite you to join our dynamic team.ResponsibilitiesAs the Foreman, you will direct the daily activities on assigned projects and manage all aspects of Production, Scheduling, Safety, Quality Control, and Administration while reporting directly to the projects SuperintendentLead the development of a comprehensive project plan utilizing the Corbins Project Plan Development GuidelinesExecute production tracking for assigned construction projectsCollaborate with Field Support team including Purchasing, Prefabrication, and Virtual Construction to maintain project flowPromote Corbins in a positive light at all times when dealing with customers, trade partners, subcontractors, and other industry professionalsEnsure professional resolution of escalated field related issues and customer satisfactionIdentify project prefabrication opportunities and develop project kitting planQualificationsWorking knowledge of construction, electrical work, systems, and troubleshootingProficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and OSHA safety standardsAbility to read and interpret blueprintsEffective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite5+ years of Electrical Construction experience**An OSHA-30 card is required for this role. Corbins will provide training for you to obtain this if you do not currently have it**Safety LevelThis is a safety sensitive position and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply.The inherent responsibilities of your role may include physical working conditions.
