Position Overview

Continued growth has created an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This role requires both technical expertise and strong leadership skills, with a focus on winning and managing commercial and light industrial projects ranging from $50K to $1M. Experience with high-end custom residential work is also desired. The right candidate will have a proven track record of success in both estimating and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates using cloud-based electrical estimating software.
• Review bid documents, drawings, and specifications to develop competitive proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and vendors.
• Manage awarded projects from start to finish, including scheduling, procurement, budgets, and coordination with field teams.
• Provide ongoing cost control, change order management, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• in electrical estimating and project management.
• Proven success in winning and managing commercial and light industrial projects ($50K–$1M).
• Proficiency with electrical estimating software (such as Electric Ease, McCormick, Accubid, or ConEst).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong understanding of NEC and WAC, construction practices, and project management processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and team development.
