Electrical Estimator - Fisk Electric : Job Details

As an Estimator reporting to the Chief Estimator, you will:

• Handle multiple systems on Technical, Healthcare, or Industrial projects.
• Lead fully engineered estimates up to $5M.
• Develop conceptual estimates and budgets up to $1M.
• Review scope within proposals, ensuring estimates include all necessary elements.
• Create detailed cost estimates, identify deficiencies, and collaborate with the project team.
• Review contract documents for scope and cost adjustments.
• Be proficient with estimating software, including McCormick and Bluebeam.
• Demonstrate accuracy and reliability in your work.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Have a good understanding of NEC standards.

• Four-year Construction/Engineering degree or equivalent technical training and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with a commercial electrical contractor.
• Over 1 year of recent Electrical Estimating experience, including on-screen takeoff skills.
• Computer literacy and quick adaptation to software tools.
